  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Autorun OJC Car Trading L.L.C. (“Autorun”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, booking a service, or purchasing a vehicle, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
  2. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this website with the new effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  3. Vehicle Information & Availability
    • Vehicle details, specifications, colours, and prices displayed on our website are for general information only and may differ from actual vehicles.
    • Images are for illustrative purposes only.
    • Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
    • Autorun reserves the right to modify specifications, features, trims, and pricing.
  4. Prices, Fees & Payments
    • All prices are in AED and inclusive of 5% VAT unless otherwise stated.
    • Additional charges (registration, insurance, delivery, accessories, etc.) may apply.
    • Reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
    • Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed in your invoice or booking
      confirmation.
  5. Finance & Insurance
    • Finance and insurance are provided by third-party providers, subject to their policies and approval criteria.
    • Autorun does not guarantee approval or rates and shall bear no liability for third-party decisions.
  6. Delivery & Lead Times
    • Any delivery dates provided are estimates only.
    • Autorun shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping, or other external factors beyond its control.
  7. Test Drive Policy
    • Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid UAE or internationally recognized driving license.
    • Drivers must comply with all UAE traffic laws during the test drive.
    • Autorun provides insurance for the test vehicle, but the driver shall be liable for all fines, tolls, and damages caused by negligence or traffic violations.
    • The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Autorun from any third-party claims, damages, or losses arising from the test drive.
  8. Warranty & After-Sales
    • All new OMODA & JAECOO vehicles are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Full details are provided in your owner’s handbook and sales documents.
    • Autorun bears no liability for warranty-related disputes, except as required by UAE law.
  9. Service & Maintenance
    • Service appointments are subject to availability.
    • Additional parts or labor outside standard service packages will be quoted separately.
    • Warranty and service packages, if applicable, will be specified in your purchase documents.
  10. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
    • Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
    • Once a vehicle is registered in the customer’s name, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
    • Refunds, where applicable under UAE law, will be processed within 14 business days.
  11. User Content & Communication
    • By submitting inquiries, reviews, or messages, you consent to Autorun using your information for customer service and follow-up purposes.
    • We may contact you via phone, email, or messaging apps regarding your enquiry or offers.
    • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  12. Intellectual Property
    • All website content (text, graphics, images, logos, branding, etc.) is the property of Autorun or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
  13. Third-Party Links
    • Our website may contain links to third-party services (finance, insurance, navigation, etc.).
    • Autorun is not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.
  14. Limitation of Liability
    • To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Autorun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or third-party claims.
    • Autorun’s liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the vehicle or service giving rise to the claim.
    • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.
  15. Force Majeure
    • Autorun shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, shipping disruptions, regulatory changes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
  16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    • Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
    • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
  17. Privacy & Data Protection
    • By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
